Prohormone Supplements

Prohormone Supplements

Prohormones supplements are precursors to hormones, meaning your body converts them into hormones (mainly testosterone). They are basically one step away from steroids. They can increase strength and size quickly but can be accompanied by some unpleasant and dangerous side effects. The safety of prohormone supplements was called into question by the U.S. government, and they are now banned as a result.

I’m not going to go into detail about how prohormones work because they are illegal now and there is no point in talking about them. If you do plan on trying to get your hands on some, be careful because most places that sell them online are scams (meaning you’ll get nothing in return for your money). If you’re looking to increase your GH and Testosterone levels, don’t worry, there are some great, legal, safe, and very effective alternatives available.

There are supplements that naturally help your body produce higher levels of certain hormones. Unlike steroids, which are synthetic hormones themselves, these natural hormone booster supplements are safe and legal. When you trigger your own body to produce more of its own hormones, it is much safer than adding hormones to your body (steriods) or adding hormone precursors to your body (prohormones).

Steroids cause your body to shut down its natural hormone production, which is the exact opposite of what natural hormone boosters do. Most people take natural hormone booster supplements in order to give themselves a competitive edge in sports, to help them lift more in the gym, or to increase lean body mass. They can provide some powerful results if used correctly. The two hormones that you’ll want to increase are testosterone and growth hormone.

Higher levels of these hormones will help you lose body fat and gain muscle, while giving you added energy and strength. Growth hormone boosting supplements are a combination of amino acids. They usually include GABA, arginine, orthithine, as well as other amino acids. These amino acids naturally stimulate your pituitary gland and cause it to release more growth hormone. These amino acid based supplements are 100% safe and can give some impressive results for many people.

Secretagogue Gold is one of the best prohormone supplements out there at a very reasonable price. You’ll see a lot of other HGH products that try to charge over $100 for a month’s supply. They may have a good product, but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s simply a combination of amino acids. You shouldn’t be paying anywhere near that much for an amino acid blend because amino acids are not that expensive to manufacture. There are also many HGH products that come in an oral spray form.

Don’t waste your money on them. The amount of important ingredients in them is so low that they will have absolutely no effect. On top of that, there is no scientific evidence that you can even effectively absorb HGH spays orally. It is also important to remember that people in their teens and early twenties already have very high levels of growth hormone, so if you fall in that category, you may want to spend your money on other supplements.

Testosterone boosters can have  many different types of ingredients. Some of the most common ones are zinc, magnesium, Tribulus Terrestris, Saw Palmetto Extract, and Stinging Nettle Extract. Zinc is a vitamin essential for testosterone production and magnesium is a mineral that is vital in supporting muscle function. Together these two are combined with B6 in a supplement known as ZMA. ZMA has been shown is a clinical study to increase strength levels.

All of the other ingredients I mentioned are plant and herb extracts. There are many plants and herbs that can enhance the male libido and increase testosterone levels. There are some relatively inexpensive supplements that fall under the category of testosterone boosters on the market now that have a combination of all of these ingredients. One that has a very long list of extraordinary ingredients is TestFreak by Pharmafreak Technologies.

Keep in mind, once again, that people in their teens and early twenties already have elevated levels of testosterone, so the effects may not be as noticeable. For some people, there may be side effects from testosterone boosters. With any supplement that increases your testosterone, you run the chance of getting some acne and increased aggression. These side effects are usually pretty minor when they do occur. The only way to know if you will experience any of these side effects is to test out a testosterone booster for yourself.
