banana berry protein shake:

1 cup orange or cranberry juice
2 scoops vanilla optimum whey protein
5 strawberries
handful of blueberries
½ cup of rolled old fashion oats
1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
handful of ice cubes

low carb low sugar fat burning shake:

1 cup almond milk
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 scoops whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
handful of ice cubes
